Whistleblower System
SBIT AG rejects any form of corruption, money laundering or other white-collar crime and does not tolerate any illegal practices by managers, employees, customers or business partners.
We take indications of possible breaches of rules very seriously and will investigate every indication and pursue it to the end with all legal means.
Laws, principles of conduct, fundamental rights, labour law obligations and company guidelines must be respected.
Managers and employees are obliged to report justified suspicions of potential breaches of rules to SBIT AG’s whistleblowing system, in particular to the internal whistleblowing unit.
Managers, employees, customers or business partners of SBIT AG or all other persons may report reasonable suspicions of a breach of rules by SBIT employees to us.
Whistleblowers do not have to fear any sanctions or other disadvantages due to the reporting of corresponding suspicious cases.
How do we process your report?
After submitting your report, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. We will check your report thoroughly. If we need further information, we will contact you. We would therefore be grateful if you could contact us.
Only if this initial assessment reveals a suspicion of a violation will an investigation be initiated. The results of the investigation will then be evaluated and appropriate action will be taken.
